amy had babies
last night amy had two babies. they are healthy. amy is too. their names are abby and becca. they weighed a lot. something like 6lb 14oz and 7lb. don't quote me on the weights. pictures are forthcoming (is forthcoming the correct word? is it even a word?). congratulations are in order for both paul and amy. way to go.

thanks stevie. i'm still going to send you some pictures (last night got interesting).
It meant that after a very tiring day when you would normally fall into bed exhausted, both the girls decided that it was time to be up. They would cry out in turn asking mom to feed them. It was wonderful to have the nursery nurses to finally take the girls at 4 am so Amy could get some sleep.
Now they just sleep and sleep--not wanting to wake up and eat like we would like them to. The girls were always active around midnight when we were going to bed before they were born and it looks like they are going to continue that tradition.
Thanks for the comments and for your support. It's fun to hear from you all. Most of you should have pictures in your in boxes. If you don't let me know and I'll send you some.
I'm still looking into a good site to post all the pictures. We'll see what I can do.

i feel like i need to tell you twice, one for each new girl! that's pretty cool. i too am anxious to see some pictures.
does that mean i'm going to bother bekka, abbi, and michael about whom they are dating, etc? paul, how do you spell the names of your kids?

i uploaded a bunch of photos to http://www.flickr.com. if you don't mind signing up (it's free) you can see our pictures.
here's how. sign up. go to people search and search for 'utahlife'. that is me. you can add me as a contact and make me 'friends and family' (if you feel so inclined). i will add you too as you get on. ulitmately i will make these photos 'friends and family', but right now they are open to public. they are by timeline and you can start on page 7 or 8 to get just baby photos.
I didn't organize it really well yet, with tags etc., but there are some great photos.
Let me know if this works or if there is a catch that I can work out on my end!
